On October 27, 2019 battalions in the San Francisco JROTC Brigade competed against each other in the annual Orienteering Competition in order to promote friendly competition and interaction between battalions. This event gave cadets hands-on experience with map reading and land navigation.

On October 6, 2019 the San Francisco JROTC Brigade will support the Chinese Community Cultural Association's mission to celebrate the National Day of the Republic of China by providing marching units and a Brigade Color Guard for the parade.On September 21, 2019 the San Francisco JROTC Brigade participated in the California Coastal Cleanup Day in order to increase cadets environment awareness and for the cadets to respect the oceans. |
