Abraham Lincoln Mustang Battlion Here at the Abraham Lincoln JROTC we teach our students communication skills, leadership skills, financial services, and so many more social skills. We want to prepare our students to be able to use these life skills that they are taught in JROTC in the real world. But, besides that they become apart of a supportive community that helps one another and gives back to the community.

Our Goal "To Motivate Young People To Be Better Citizens"
To accomplish this we teach them the rights of being a citizen, the responsibilities of being an adult, and of course the privileges of citizenship within both a class environment and extracurricular activities. How Do We Benefit Students? We give them advice on what to do when trying to apply for college. Also, we teach them the basics of adulthood; like how to write checks, how to write a resume, what is appropriate attire for an interview, and how to not to be shy. However, it goes beyond just life skills because JROTC looks good on a college resume.
Community The community is astonishing. Every student is willing to help another with anything from homework, projects, giving advice, or just hanging together as family. We say family because the bond in the program goes beyond just friends.
